If an applicant has
"marginal" credit, but good rental history and makes at
least 3 times the rent or better In Income, we can offer the property
to them at a higher deposit.

Marginal Credit = 1.25 x Rent.
Students = Same As Rent
Guarantors must have excellent
credit.
Security deposit And Approved
Application will hold a unit for 30 days.
