Pets are a luxury
item in rental property.
Single Cat = $75
non-refundable fee + $125 refundable deposit
Two Cats =
$150
non-refundable fee + $200 refundable deposit
Dog (or dog/cat
combo) = $150 non-refundable pet fee +
$350 refundable deposit
Fish tank, (10 gallon or larger) = $350 refundable deposit
All pet deposits are
permitted to be paid out over the life of the lease.
*Breeding of animal litters,
whether accidental or intentional, is forbidden.
